Worked with the Director of User Experience and Sr. Director of Product Management to develop AssuranceCM – a flagship, web- and mobile-based business continuity and disaster recovery SaaS application.

SOLUTIONS

  • Worked on the User Experience team with Director of User Experience and Interaction Designer to provide detailed prototypes, user journeys, user stories and interaction models.
  • Worked with SASS to provide object-oriented CSS code.
  • Led accessibility compliance initiative and helped develop policies to meet WCAG and 508 specifications.

OUTCOMES

  • The User Experience was designed so that mission critical data could be easy found and/or surfaced.
  • A platform agnostic experience along with constant update pulls from the cloud enabled real-time, always available data analysis and actionable information.
